We founded Savills Catering with the idea that the heart of a good home is the kitchen. We specialise in using farm fresh ingredients and old fashioned techniques to create home cooked meals that are delicious,
healthy and oh so satisfying.
When catering for schools we know that if children eat well, they perform to their best. Mealtimes should be a pleasurable experience, with time spent sharing food with peers and teachers. Savills Catering constantly strive for excellence in meeting the School Food Standards, helping children develop healthy eating habits, ensuring they get the energy and nutrition they require.
In our catering operations at Retirement Villages, Sheltered Accomodation, Care Facilities and Industry Canteens our desire is to create
memorable meal experiences. A time to share a story with a friend or enjoy valuable time relaxing and unwinding. Our menus are tailored to suit your requirements, offering a wide selection to suit everyones tastes.
Meet The Team
Having purchased Savills Catering in 2006, Justin used his extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of business to shape Savills Catering into the business it is today. Whilst continuing to drive his other businesses, Justin helped streamline operations and cut down on waste whilst putting the quality of meals provided as a priority. Since his involvement the company has tripled in size and he intends for this success to continue in the future.
Gary has 35 years’ experience in the service, contract catering and cleaning industry. Having been with the company for over 10 years he is responsible for overseeing the day to day operating procedures of the company. Gary drives the business by dealing with our clients directly and ensuring we stay flexible enough to manage our relationships personally. He oversees the kitchens through his operations team and ensures they deliver and check our Standards and procedures are being followed.
Business Support Manager
Sarah has worked at Savills Catering since 2014, she oversees all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the company. Sarah liaises with all aspects of the business, organising people, information, and other resources ensuring they are operating efficiently and have all the documentation they need.
Kunal has over 18 years’ experience in Hotels, Healthcare and Contract Catering. He is a big Foodie with a great passion for Customer Service. Being such a people person Kunal believes in developing and coaching his team to deliver exceptional service.
Area Manager and Development Chef
David has been with Savills Catering since October 2019. With over 25 years of Catering experience, David is an accomplished chef that enjoys mentoring and training chefs. With his passion for presentation and nutrition he brings great enthusiasm for developing chefs within Savills Catering.

With over 25 years of chef experience running various kitchens in conference centres, finance companies and banquet halls. Alex has a passion for menu development evoking flavours and favourite foods for our clients, he also understands what is needed to deliver high end service and nurtures our staff to adhere to our standards.
Business Development Manager
With over 30 years experience in the Hospitality industry, Nicola has worked in the care sector, education and corporate finance. Nicola has the drive and ambition to grow the business and build on the firm foundations that have been set.
Nicola is responsible for managing the tender process from expression of interest, through to mobilization, into operational stage for an initial period of time. She works alongside the Area Managers to support with all new contracts and on-going marketing and promotional literature.
Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator
Maria has been with Savills Catering since September 2019 and is responsible for the day to day running of the accounts and payroll duties. She has a long history in heading up accounts departments and ensures that they run smoothly and efficiently.
Allison joined Savills catering in August 2020 and provides essential administration support to the team. Her organisation skills are key to ensuring all staff meet our compliance requirements. Allison has worked in administration for many years and these skills are key to providing a first-class service to our clients.
