A Spooktacular Halloween
We recently enjoyed spooktacular Halloween celebrations across the homes we cater for, bringing residents and staff together for an afternoon filled with seasonal fun, delicious food and plenty of laughter.
To make the occasion extra special, residents enjoyed a fun Halloween-themed menu of 'Mummy meatloaf' with mashed potato, peas and roasted pumpkin; Traditional fish, chips and peas; or Roasted pumpkin and lentil curry with naan bread. Followed by Spiced pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting for dessert.
We were delighted to receive such good feedback from residents about the food. The themed dishes were enjoyed by everyone, and the menu offered something delicious for all tastes.
Everyone had a lot of fun, enjoying the Halloween atmosphere, sharing smiles and making happy memories together. It was wonderful to see residents and staff getting involved and enjoying the occasion as a community. Some residents also embraced the Halloween spirit by dressing up in costumes, adding an extra touch of fun to the celebrations. Their fantastic outfits brought plenty of smiles and conversation, helping to create a cheerful and festive atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
Days like these show how food can bring people together and make celebrations truly special. We’re delighted that residents enjoyed the Halloween occasion, and we look forward to creating many more memorable experiences together in the future.
